Personal data processed by “OLINCA”.
“OLINCA,” in order to fulfill the purposes set out in this Notice, will process the following data, used exclusively for the Institute’s own purposes:

Sensitive personal data.
We also inform you that “OLINCA” will not collect sensitive personal data through its website in order to fulfill the purposes of our relationship referred to in this notice.
Data of minors and legally incapacitated persons.
Olinca may, through its website, collect and process personal data of minors and/or legally incapacitated persons. However, such data may not be processed without the express consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representative. If you are the parent, guardian, or legal representative of a minor or legally incapacitated person and you become aware that such data has been provided to us without your consent, you may request that it be deleted by writing to the following email address: privacidad@olinca.edu.mx
Image data.
We inform you that you may be photographed and/or video-recorded, provided that you are a recognized member of the OLINCA Community (students, parents, and educational, administrative, and related staff), for fully justified purposes related to OLINCA’s activities and through OLINCA’s internal communication channels. Whenever you participate in events, tournaments, or competitions within or outside OLINCA, you consent to OLINCA using your personal image on the website. Likewise, such images may be used in print or electronic student newspapers, provided their use is strictly for informational, interactive, or recreational purposes of OLINCA.
Primary purposes of personal data processing.
“OLINCA” may use your personal data to fulfill various purposes, depending on the circumstances under which it is collected, always taking into account our relationship with you and the privacy notice made available to you.
- a) To control access and maintain security at OLINCA when you visit our facilities.
b) When you choose to submit your résumé, to contact you for consideration in a recruitment and selection process.
c) To inform or notify parents or guardians of students’ academic performance or school-related and administrative matters that concern them.
d) To manage your participation in events organized by OLINCA.
e) Registration of students, teachers, and other members involved who are part of “Olinca” (hereinafter the “Olinca Community”), for use of the following portals: Olinca Community, Student and Alumni Portal, as well as academic email accounts, which enable general and specific - communications within the “Olinca Community,” as well as any other portal that may be integrated in the near future.
f) To respond to appointments that Users schedule online with “Olinca” at either of its two campuses.
g) To respond to and/or contact users who submit requests through the website for informational sessions to learn about the school, visit the facilities, obtain information about documentation for newly admitted students, and/or ask specific or general questions.
h) To update or modify the personal data of members of the “Olinca” Community, as well as Olinca alumni, who voluntarily wish to make such updates through the means indicated on the website.
Your data may also be used for purposes compatible with those set out above and that may be considered analogous.
Secondary purposes of personal data processing.
Additionally, unless you indicate otherwise, “OLINCA” will process your personal data for secondary purposes, including statistical, advertising, and commercial purposes. For the purposes set out in the preceding paragraph, you may express your refusal by emailing privacidad@olinca.edu.mx. Refusing the use of your personal data for these additional purposes may not be grounds for terminating your relationship with “OLINCA.”
Transfer of personal data.
“OLINCA,” in order to fulfill the necessary purposes described above, may transfer your personal data to third parties, whether domestic or foreign, that are legally related to “OLINCA.” Likewise, “OLINCA” may transfer your personal data in the cases provided for and authorized by the LFPDPPP (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), for the following purposes:
RECIPIENT: Individuals or legal entities related to the School’s activities. – Competent authorities
PURPOSE: The User’s personal data may be provided to the international organizations to which OLINCA belongs (IBO, ISA, ISSE, Cambridge, Trinity College, among others related to the Olinca Community) when formally requested for educational purposes. The User agrees to the transfer of their data between the School’s different areas, provided that the recipient assumes the same obligations as the party that transferred the data. – To comply with a court order, mandate, or requirement from a public or governmental authority.
CONSENT: You must grant us your consent in order to carry out this transfer. – No consent is required in the case of a court order.

Security measures.
“OLINCA” has adopted and maintains the administrative, technical, and physical security measures necessary and available to it to protect your personal data against any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use or processing.
OLINCA Privacy Committee.
The OLINCA Privacy Committee has been formally appointed to handle data subjects’ requests to exercise their rights, as well as to promote and safeguard the protection of the personal data in our possession.
