Olinca is a bilingual school located in Mexico City.

Olinca is an IB World School (delivering the International Baccalaureate curriculum) and was the first IB school in Mexico.We enhance our curriculum through Cambridge International accreditation for Primary and Early Years, integrating world-class academic standards from the very beginning.

OUR ADMISSIONS PROCESS
IN 6 STEPS

Step 1: Information meeting

Join one of our information sessions, either in person or online, to learn more about Olinca and discover whether our school is the right fit for your family.

Step 2: Application

Complete the application form, which includes submitting your child’s academic report and the assessment fee (except for Early Years applicants). The Admissions Department will provide you with the application form.

Step 3: Student Assessment

Olinteractive:
Interview for families with Kindergarten Management.

Kindergarten I, II, and III: Visiting day including a play session with the Kindergarten Psychologist. Delivery of results and interview for families with the Kindergarten Director.

Preschool and Grades 1-5:
Visit day with assessment. Delivery of results and interview for families with the Primary School Administration.

6th to 9th grade Secondary (PAI)
Mathematics, English, Spanish and psychometric exam, plus interview with Psychology and English Coordination, and visit day.

1st to 3rd year of High School
Mathematics, English, Spanish and psychometric exam, interview with Psychology and English Coordination, and
tour with High School students.

Step 4: Delivery of Secondary (PAI) and High School results

Our Admissions team will contact the families or guardians of Secondary (MYP) and High School applicants by telephone within 15 days to share the admissions results.

Step 5: Registration Circular

Families of successful applicants will receive an enrolment information pack outlining the next steps and the applicable fees.

Step 6: Pre-entry information

Once enrolled, families will receive communications with key information to begin the school year, including:


  • Access to the Olinca Community (username and password)

  • List of books and school supplies

  • Information about the new cycle

  • Invitation to preparatory course

  • Invitation to welcome event

  • Document Request
